Euthanasia

Euthanasia: $380+
Each in-home euthanasia includes:

Phone and in home consultations with Dr. Dunne
Sedation of your pet
Humane euthanasia
Clay Paw Print Keepsake
Notification of your veterinarian
Transportation of your pet for aftercare, when utilizing our aftercare services

After Care Services

Private Cremation
Your pet's ashes are returned in a handcrafted cedar urn to your home or veterinarian.

Up to 20 pounds $320
21–40 pounds $350
41-80 pounds $380
81-120 pounds $420
Over 120 pounds $500+

Communal Cremation
Your pet is cremated with other pets and the ashes are not returned.

Up to 20 pounds $150
21–40 pounds $180
41–80 pounds $200
80-120 pounds $230
Over 80 pounds $260

Additional Fees

Dr. Dunne will confirm any additional costs

+Additional fees could include travel outside service area*, emergency same day appointments, appointments after 5pm, aggressive pets requiring additional sedation, exotic animals, and large dogs over 120lbs that require additional medications and/or additional assistance.

Hospice Care

Initial in-home examination and consultation with follow-up care: $400

Additional in-home examinations and care will be determined after the first visit.

Medication and supplies are extra for all hospice care visits and will vary depending on prescribed treatment.

Payment

Payment is received at time of service. All major credit cards, debit cards and cash. Unfortunately, at this time, Care Credit is not accepted.

*Service Area

Service area is Buffalo and Greater Western New York. There is an additional travel charge for areas more than 20 miles from our home office in the zip code 14226. If there is an additional travel charge, this will be determined during a phone consultation prior to scheduling an appointment for euthanasia.
